SHIPPING & RETURNS:

I understand how difficult shopping online can be. Seeing something on the computer, and holding it in your hands can be two completely different experiences, which is why i try to be flexible in this area. If you are not happy with your piece, you may return it within 10 days of receiving your order for an exchange, or refund. The exchange will be full value, while the refund will be less shipping and, in some cases, a 10% restocking fee (if cleaning or detangling is involved).  ***PLEASE BE SURE TO PACK SHIPMENT CAREFULLY SO ITEMS ARE NOT DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT; USPS IS RUTHLESS*** 

**Please be sure to provide accurate sizing upon purchase. If you received one of your "peaces" and the fit isn't quite right? Please contact us for instructions on sending it back for a resizing. I will gladly adjust it to your specifications, ****HOWEVER THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. OFTEN TIMES A SIZE ADJUSTMENT MEANS REMAKING THE PIECE ALTOGETHER.**** That is why I recommend getting the sizing right the first time, using our size guides.

**Refunds/exchanges may not be honored if the items are not returned in "like new" condition, in the same packaging in which they were shipped. Please get tracking on return packages--I cannot be responsible if your item is lost in the mail and tracking allows us both to be sure of its status.

  • is out for delivery
